Pebling
Privacy Policy
Effective October 12, 2026
This policy explains what the Pebling app (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and widgets) and this website, pebling.com, do with information. Pebling is made by LMKdev ("we", "us"). This page covers Pebling specifically; our company-wide policy at lmkdev.com/privacy also applies.
The short version
- Everything you enter lives on your device by default. We don't see it.
- Delivery addresses never leave your device.
- Cozy Days timing stays on your device, is never synced, and is hidden from widgets, the watch and notifications unless you turn that on.
- No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics in the app. Nothing is ever sold.
1. What stays on your device
Gift profiles (names, relationships, favorites, allergies, dislikes, notes), occasions, box drafts, demo orders and delivery addresses are stored on your device with iOS file protection. A small "glance" (a first name, a neutral title and a date) is kept in the device keychain so widgets and the watch can show what's next. Deleting the app, or using Settings → Delete everything on this phone, removes it. Note that iOS may keep the keychain glance after an app delete until the app runs again.
2. Optional backup with an LMKdev ID
Signing in with an LMKdev ID is optional and never required. If you do, we receive:

Your synced copy is readable only by your account. Settings → Delete my synced copy deletes it from our servers and signs you out.
3. Ordering
Ordering in the current version is a demo: no payment is taken, nothing ships, and order details stay on your device. When real ordering arrives, this policy will be updated before it goes live to explain what is shared with payment and delivery partners.
4. Tips
Optional tips and supporter subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details.
5. Feedback and email
Feedback in the app (Settings → Send feedback, or shake your phone) is a short form. To send it you sign in with your LMKdev ID, and we receive: your LMKdev ID account id, the type and words you wrote, a screenshot only if you keep the one attached (you can remove it before sending), the app version and build, device model, iOS version, language setting and a random id for this install (never an advertising id). Your email goes with it only if you turn on “You can reply to me”. We use it only to fix the app and to reply. Photos are used only to understand your feedback and are deleted once we've processed it. The early-access button on this site opens a pre-written email you can see before sending.
6. This website
pebling.com uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify you individually. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
7. Children
Pebling is for adults sending gifts. A child can be a gift recipient, and only kid-safe items are suggested for them, but the app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information. Most of it is already in your hands on your device. For anything we hold, email privacy@lmkdev.com.

We'll update this page when Pebling changes what it does with information, and change the date at the top.
