Pebling
Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Pebling app and pebling.com. Pebling is made by LMKdev. Our company-wide terms at lmkdev.com/terms also apply, and if the two conflict, those govern on matters such as governing law and dispute resolution.
1. Using Pebling
Pebling is free to use. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial gift planning. Don't misuse it: no attempts to break, reverse-engineer or overload the service, and no unlawful content.
2. Early access and demo ordering
Pebling is in early testing. In the current version, checkout is a demo: no payment is taken and nothing is delivered. Features may change, and beta builds may have bugs. Prices and products shown in the demo are examples, not offers.
3. Your content
What you write in Pebling (profiles, notes, cards) is yours. If you choose to back up with an LMKdev ID, you let us store it only to provide that backup. Please only save information about other people that you're comfortable keeping, and respect their privacy.
4. Gift suggestions
Suggestions are filtered by the allergies, dislikes and kid-safe settings you enter, and the catalog is halal by default. Suggestions depend on what you enter, so please double-check anything that matters to the person's health or beliefs before giving a gift.
5. Tips and supporter subscriptions
Tips and supporter subscriptions are optional, unlock nothing, and are sold and billed by Apple under the App Store's terms, including its refund process.
6. LMKdev ID
An LMKdev ID is optional. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. You can delete your synced copy at any time from Settings.
7. No warranty
Pebling is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reminders will always arrive.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, LMKdev is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for a missed occasion, arising from your use of Pebling.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as Pebling grows, especially before real ordering launches. We'll change the date at the top, and continued use means you accept the update.
